The acronym stands for Neighborly, Adaptable, Equitable Care for Black Obstetric Patients with Respect, and is part of the Mommy and Me Medical Group owned by Dr. Guillermo J. Valenzuela. Dr. Valenzuela says the goal of the clinic is to make the patient feel comfortable by fostering an exclusive environment and staff.
